The owner’s wife has Celiac. The server explained all the precautions to keep gf options safe. The gf options were more diverse and delicious than I've had in some large city restaurants. I was in Italy last fall, and I was transported back while eating here!

We went here last night for my birthday and it was my first time eating there. Right away our server asked about dietary restrictions or allergies. I told her I have Celiac and she said she did as well so she was so helpful. She also explained some dishes to me since I was not familiar with the sauce names. Their menu says they make homemade GF pizza dough and pasta daily in house so I was excited. I tried a pasta with meatballs and it was good! We also had the risotto fried balls for an appetizer and those were to die for. She made a great recommendation on wine and let us sample before committing to the bottle. Then we finished off with dessert. We ordered two- a hazelnut cake and affaghato! Overall- great experience! Kind of pricey but it’s fun to do every once in awhile!

This is the best Italian restaurant I’ve found in the US and just like the restaurants in Italy. I have never had better Italian food here in the states.

We had pizza pasta and an appetizer ordered to go and even then it was amazing! You will not be sorry for eating here. We will be back anytime we’re in the area!

Incredible dinner! Plenty of options for all three courses. Pizza, pasta, apps, dessert, main courses all delicious. Staff was extremely knowledgeable as well as helpful.

My meal was delicious. Wait staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and dairy intolerence. Pasta and calamari were amazing. I never got sick or evem a slight stomach ache. Highly recommend!

Incredibly delicious pasta!! I think all of their pastas can be made GF, also their pizzas, and about 3/4 of their apps are GF standard.

The GF bolognese was one of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Authentic Italian dishes. So delicious. Any of the pizzas or pastas on the menu can be made GF.

Incredible food! Almost everything is gluten free. The owners are a married couple. He is originally from Italy, and she is from Sioux Falls and has celiac disease. Fried things are all gluten free because they only have one fryer and everything that goes in it is GF, yes, down to the breadcrumbs. That means safe Arancini, Calamari, Branzino and more. They make fresh pasta every day AND they make gluten free pasta from scratch and use a dedicated GF pasta machine. Almost zero chance of cross contamination. They know what they are doing and the food is delicious. At the time of this review, there was only one GF dessert (Panna cotta) but it was delicious too. Our server was helpful and kind and had clearly been trained on hospitality. We would happily return when in the area again. 5 stars! Go there. You won’t be sorry!

Great atmosphere and delicious food. My husband and I had short ribs with risotto, so good. Try a Via Leigh if you’re in the mood for a cocktail.

Great place. I loved the food, the decor, the service and the ambiance. There were many gluten free options, including homemade GF pasta which was so good. Server was very knowledgeable about gf food items and understood cross contamination. This is a new place and has become very popular in SF, so you will probably need a reservation.

Amazing is the only way to describe the food here! What a gem in Sioux Falls. We ordered the Arancini along with 2 glasses of Pinot Noir. The Arancini is available gluten free and fried to perfection. We shared 2 dishes, the Bolognese with Gluten free pasta (made in house pasta, not pre packaged!!). We also ordered the chicken piccata, also breaded and gluten free along with the fries and veggies. It was all amazing! The piccata was juicy with the right amount of sauce and the veggies were perfectly cooked. The bolognese with the GF pasta was just like regular pasta. It didn’t fall apart and the sauce was rich and flavorful. We ordered the Panna cotta for dessert and although small was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. Almost every thing here is or can be made gluten free and although we are from Denver we can’t wait to come back when in town. Wonderful authentic Italian food and drinks! Almost everything on the menu was gluten free. Anything with breading is done with gluten free panko by default. No gluten containing breading is used at all. Our server was fantastic and super knowledgeable. Everything in the menu was clearly marked and our food was absolutely delicious!!
