Incredible food! Almost everything is gluten free. The owners are a married couple. He is originally from Italy, and she is from Sioux Falls and has celiac disease. Fried things are all gluten free because they only have one fryer and everything that goes in it is GF, yes, down to the breadcrumbs. That means safe Arancini, Calamari, Branzino and more. They make fresh pasta every day AND they make gluten free pasta from scratch and use a dedicated GF pasta machine. Almost zero chance of cross contamination. They know what they are doing and the food is delicious. At the time of this review, there was only one GF dessert (Panna cotta) but it was delicious too. Our server was helpful and kind and had clearly been trained on hospitality. We would happily return when in the area again. 5 stars! Go there. You won’t be sorry!
