Staff did not seem to be concerned with my questions and concerns. I had to really push for them to do allergy prep and get my greens from a new tub that hadn't had gloves shared with sandwich making shoved in them. They did not understand why I asked for greens from separate tub and I'm not fully convinced they actually followed my requests. And after all that, the salad did not taste good at all. I didn't get sick, but I would never go here again.

My salad was delicious and had a nice conversation about my needs with the young man taking orders. Menu for gf is salads only but there was a selection of those.

Knowledgeable staff assured me my ingredients were GF. I gluten tested the chicken, cucumber, corn, sesame seed, cheddar, and buttermilk ranch. All clear.

Choose gluten free toppings for your salad and double check the dressings! I always let them know I have Celiac Disease and they always triple check which dressings I can have if they're unsure (some of the workers aren't knowledgable, but we're able to find someone who was.) I've never been contaminated here and the food is amazing!

Good salads but watch the dressing. When I ordered the lady said everything but ranch & sesame but then when I ordered Caesar luckily the guy that makes the dressings said that wasn't GF & neither were two more be of soy sauce. Told the lady she should make sure she knows those others are not GF and she looked annoyed and just said that was what she was told. Tried to tell her for other people's benefit but she didn't seem interested. Lots of CC risk too. Salad was pretty good but love my ranch so was a little disappointed.

These are HUGE salads! They start with a lettuce base (mixed greens, spinach, or romaine, for example) and add whatever ingredients you choose before chopping it all together. My favorite is the Loki Falls salad with salmon, redskin potatoes, asparagus, roasted corn and balsamic vinaigrette. Just let them know you are GF, and they will get a clean cutting board and utensils, and change their gloves before chopping your salad. There are a few gluten toppers on the salad line, so use caution when ordering any ingredient that is beside the gluten items. For example, today the orzo was next to the cranberries, so I did not order a salad with cranberries because of cross contamination. I have never felt sick after eating here, just sad when my salad bowl was empty. It's just so delicious!
