I tried to eat here and they couldn't be bothered to answer any of my questions. Having multiple allergies I asked if the gf bread had dairy or soy. They told me there was soy oil in the fries and I reminded them I was asking about the bread not the fries. The cook then said "I don't have time to check". The guy taking my order brought the bread out so I could read it. I then tried to ask about what steps they take to avoid cross contamination since it's a very small, open kitchen and was told "I'd have to ask" and since the chef already expressed he was too busy to answer questions I decided to leave. Probably a good place for some but not for anyone with allergies.

Fantastic gf deli sandwich! Small yet mighty, family-run deli with a wide variety of cold and hot sandwiches, salads, soups, fries, chips, beverages, etc. Gf bread comes from the freezer and sliced fresh per sandwich. The team here HUSTLES at awesome pace -- really incredible to watch these sandwich pros! The staff is knowledgeable and takes precautions to avoid cross-contact. Each hearty, overflowing sandwich is made on fresh foil and wrapped securely in butcher paper. I loved their Italian sub - so much flavor and one of the best sandwiches I've ever. Keep in mind that this is a deli, so there is non-gf bread around. Let them know about your dietary needs while ordering.

This is a great little sandwich shop which now has GF bread available. They are not a dedicated GF facility, so beware. But if you’re ok with that and looking for an amazing sandwich on GF bread, this is the place for you. They smoke their own meats and make their own sauces too, so the staff is very knowledgeable about the ingredients they use. They also use and sell local products (honey, maple syrup, cheese, etc.) as much as possible.
