Menu was well labeled with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. Wait staff was so nice and helpful answering all of our questions.

Gluten free items marked on the menu, make sure to let your server know and write it on your order ticket. I got the four sides and they were delicious! I’m celiac and no reaction.

I got sick. Let the server know and wrote on ticket that I have celiacs. I was nervous when I went in because the restaurant is huge and feels very chain like. Figured with the reviews I would give it a shot. The food wasn’t even really good.

Gluten Free items are marked on the menu. Fair amount of choices. BBQ sauce is not gluten free so bring your own if you want the ribs. The sides are delicious!

Great southern food and lots of options! I got the shrimp and grits, coleslaw, and potato salad! Some of the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had! Make sure you let your waiter know plus write it on your order sheet, and they will let the kitchen staff know.
Went at 5 to beat the crowd, you must get there early or you’ll be waiting a while. Food was ok, I guess I was expecting more due to all the hype but I would say it’s “ok”. I had grilled catfish, okra and whipped potatoes. Again, food was satisfying just nothing I’d write home about...... but supposedly this place is a staple so you should see for yourself to try.

I applaud Mary Mac's for developing a GF menu and obviously training their staff. However, they sweet potato soufflé with the marshmallow topping is NOT GF. I am one of the rare celiacs who also has a class 1 food allergy. So I am extremely sensitive. I specifically asked about the marshmallows before I ate and was assured they were safe. They are not.

They have an actual GF menu with many choices. GF menu had actual prices on it 😊, just no drinks listed (tea, lemonade or any other alcohol free drinks). Very good southern food, make sure your server knows your GF needs.

Very good southern home cooking. Our waitress was very nice and made sure to review GF options with me. Huge GF menu, I opted for the veggie plate which was four side items. Had veg soup, cheese grits, black eyed peas, and green beans. There was a ton of meat/seafood options as well. Because it was our first time, they even brought us a small cup of pot likker soup. So good!
The appetizers are amazing here. Recommend the sweet potatoes and pot licker! Just be forwarded that they like to come around and rub your back so if personal space is a problem beware. (They are also known for it and it's a bit of a southern thing if you are from out of town.) most of my group wasn't too excited about their entrees though. Had a gluten free menu and were pretty good about remembering this during the ordering process.

This is an Atlanta landmark and with a GF menu they can accommodate everyone in your group. The food is Southern and tasty. There are plenty of GF options available from the GF menu. Some servers understand allergies better than others, but that is true anywhere you go. If you are in Atlanta, it is worth a visit.
Amazing gluten free menu! So many options!
