Massaki can make almost all of their menu gluten free. They have gluten free Yum Yum sauce and gluten free soy sauce. They also cook their food on a dedicated grill for people who have allergies. The chef was not 100% sure if the soup base was gluten free and recommended I not eat it. Also, if you get the sushi rolls, do not get any with crab because they use imitation crab which has wheat in it they said. They were very understanding and helpful from the second I walked in the door. They never once acted as though it was a bother to make it gluten free and they stopped by and asked if it was ok. So happy to find that they were gluten free. Missed this place. Used to go often before I found out I had celiac disease.
