We have been here three times and I have never had any issues and always enjoyed the meal. There aren’t many options but the staff is knowledgeable and willing to double-check.
My gluten-free meals have been one crab cake (100% crab, no bread) and their baby arugula salad.
The restaurant is always packed and parking can be an issue. If their lot is full, send someone inside and they will have an employee help with parking.
Their staff are always busy and hard working.

Not a ton of gluten free options, but you can find one. Some salads, grilled seafood. It’s worth the trip just to have the lemon raspberry cake (gluten free!) for dessert.

Small GF menu with a dedicated GF fryer. The crab cakes are 100% GF with no fillers. Many of the main menu items can easily be made GF. Our server, Alyssa, was knowledgeable and very attentive.

Very good food, though GF options other than seafood will depend entirely on the specials.
As with others in the same restaurant group (SoDel) there is a GF menu which identifies the GF, DF, Veg, and/or Vegan options from the standard menu. Items with cross-contamination are listed with an asterisk on this menu so you know what you’re getting into.
Aside from the fish specials, the only GF regular menu entree is shrimp and grits. Fortunately, the seafood specials (usually about three or four types, at least some locally caught) are very good. The seafood specials came with a seasonal side; tonight was an enjoyable couscous and vegetable medley. On a prior visit this week they had a delicious pork belly special with a different mix of seasonal veggies and a squash vinaigrette.

Delicious. Ordered crab dip with chips (shared fryer), lobster deviled eggs, gluten free crab cakes, and halibut with vinaigrette. Portion sizes were large and quality was superb. Service was quick, waiter knowledgeable about gluten free options, and manager double checked. Would definitely recommend and plan to eat there again.

DE crab soup and the crab cake were GF and delicious. I also had a chopped salad that was great. Brussel sprouts good and a HUGE side dish. I have celiac and woke up swollen and achy the next day though so something wasn’t truly GF. My husband was watching the kitchen and said it was likely cross contamination because of it being so busy and no apparent separate prep area for GF food. I did eat at one other restaurant that day but that was Red Robin and they have never gotten me sick so proceed with caution.
The hostess had NO clue about gluten/gluten allergies, BUT the waitress was VERY helpful, and there were notations on the menu for gluten free options. I had the shrimp and grits, which was delicious, and I did not get sick.
Gluten free menu includes fries, which are in a shared fryer. The server didn't volunteer this information until after we ordered and mentioned that I was celiac and needed to confirm that it was indeed gluten free. Very misleading. We ordered gluten free grilled fish for my kids who aren't celiac, but like to share with me. After the order arrived, I double checked about their fish and was told that it was grilled on the same grill as burger buns--so not safe for me to eat. However, the food is excellent. The gluten free practices range... depending on the item. And be vigilant in asking about cross contamination.
