There is no dedicated GF menu. Staff (including manager) are very uneducated about Celiac and cross contamination. It’s evident the staff has zero training on food allergies nor do they care to learn. I’ve eaten here several times, different years of staying at the Westin and the Maya never gets better or seems to want to get better. Usually with gourmet type dining, they will attempt to accommodate you, this place never has or never will. Ultimately, every time I go, I leave very frustrated and not full. Big thumbs down with disappointment.
