The food was good but the service wasn’t. They have gf bread and can make almost any sandwich gf.

They have a few items marked gluten friendly. No salads are marked as such due to croutons. The initial worker said the salads wouldn’t be GF even without the croutons. We asked if she could please check and another worker came and assured us that the salad without croutons was GF and all the dressings are GF.

They ran out of gluten free bread. Ended up getting a potato which they also offer gluten free.
Service was pretty good but they did seem to be a little overwhelmed by the number of people.
Food was good overall and so far not sick which of course is the big thing.
If I feel bad tomorrow I'll update this.

My family and I frequent McAlister’s Delis a lot, and are always extremely pleased with food and service. However, this location was a disappointment from the time our order was taken. Zack took our order and acted like he was completely put out to do so. I brushed it off and went on. When our order was brought out a couple of orders were wrong. Zack was extremely rude and he acted like it was our fault they messed the order up. We did ask for the order to be corrected, and he reluctantly agreed to fix it. Two of our sandwiches were brought out with no sauce. Evidently, they ran out and didn’t care to inform us or offer any other option for condiments, which was frustrating. To top it off, there were two hairs in our food. I discussed these issues with the manager, Debbie, who was very polite and apologetic. She did address the issue and gave some VIP cards for complementary meals, which I appreciated. However, those meal vouchers will not be used at this location. At least they did get the Gluten free orders correct and no one got sick, and I appreciate that the most.

I’d like to preface this by saying we eat at our local Mcallister’s all the time and it is excellent. Maybe that’s why we were so disappointed in our order from this location. We got two different baked potatoes to go and the toppings were minuscule compared to the potato. They didn’t include any butter, sour cream, plastic ware or salt and pepper. By the time we got back to our hotel and discovered everything we were missing the entire meal felt like a waste. The food that we did eat didn’t cause any allergic reactions but the experience was a total bummer.

I would’ve taken a picture but it was so good that it disappeared too fast! Absolutely love this place, I got the grilled chicken club on GF bread and it was delicious and affordable. Will definitely be returning and recommend it to everyone!

I had a Reuben sandwich on gf bread and potato salad. It was very delicious. Lots of options available.

Enjoyed the pick 2 with veggie chili and a half spud.

GF bread options. Hubby and kid did NOT get sick

Excellent service and delicious! Our toddler daughter is gluten and dairy sensitive. They had a "sporadical" item on their menu, the Autumn Squash, which didn't show up in their in-house allergen list. They admitted that they did not know and directed us to the online list. We appreciate that they were willing to be honest and make something up. In the end, we ordered veggie chili and they gave us some GF bread for free. We considered toasting it but the manager commented that they don't have a dedicated GF toaster. So nice!

Had gluten free bread club sandwich. Asked that they change gloves. Delicious.

Not very knowledgeable about gluten but yummy options if you search the allergen list. Excellent salads!
the potatoes are HUGE and more than enough for dinner. the staff is incredibly friendly.
They don't have a GF menu but they have an allergy list. They have lunch items that are naturally GF, I had a grilled chicken baked potato. It was ok but lacked seasoning. They do not have GF bread or wraps. Overall, I ate but I was disappointed.
From VA visiting the area. Loved their baked potatoes. Precaution was take.

I had a gluten free sandwich and the bread was good. It was soft and didn’t fall apart. There also salads and baked potatoes that are gluten free. The menu has an icon to show which items are gluten free. None of the soups or desserts are gluten free, sadly.

Absolutely amazing. They asked if it were an allergy or preference and when I told them I had celiacs they immediately told the kitchen. These sandwiches are amazing. The bread is so good. Highly recommended.
