This location was great when it first opened, but has backslid quite a bit. The manager tonight was not familiar with what "Celiac" meant, and was not overly cautious when taking my order after I explained; he didn't know the gluten content of the menu items. Another cashier had to point out to him that all bread is toasted on a common toaster, so toasted gluten-free bread was not an option for someone who has to be safe. Even after that conversation, he brought my sandwich to me with toasted bread, and said he didn't remember us deciding on toasted versus non-toasted, even though he was the one taking and ringing up my order, and was standing right there when it was all discussed. I usually stick to salads, and will do so from now on if I return. From a non-food-allergy perspective, the quality and quantity of the food has also gone down.

All of their sandwiches can be made on GF bread. Plus several GF options with salads soups and baked potatoes!

I order the Italian on Gluten Free bread. I also get the potato salad and a pickle. In the 6 years I’ve been eating here I only had one reaction and they were EXTREMELY busy that day. I always tell them It is for a Gluten Allergy before I order and then ask them to let the cooks in the back know. They are very careful.

Hit or miss. I’ve been lucky the past few times, but my first time going I got very sick. I gave them another shot and since then i’ve been good! I get the Savannah copped salad and it’s so good! They have gf bread, salads, and potato’s!

They have an allergy option on their app, also a choice of GF breads with the sandwiches. Giant spuds and salads are also good options.

I have not had any issues here. I know chains are risky, but I’m addicted to the nacho basket and chef salad (no croutons). Have never had symptoms from it.
