Been glutened multiple times here (i know). Multiple times found hair in food. And what’s worse, they toast the buns on the meat grill and don’t really clean in between even when you ask. They only know gluten allergy and don’t understand celiac

I have been here quite a few times and the love that they ensure the french fries are gluten-free, fried in a separate fryer, and also provide a gluten-free bun (which is a bit oversized) with their burgers. They always ask if it is an allergy or a preference (I just say allergy because trying to explain is more info than they want haha) and make sure to note that on the ticket. Fortunately, I’ve never had any issues. I’m not ultra sensitive though.

Our son got glutened here. Not sure how but it happened. I know they tried to keep him safe though. We don't go out often so it was definitely meatheads that made him sick
Staff takes GF seriously. Dedicated fryer for regular fries. No buns available but do lettuce wraps. Corporate website has details alleged information.

I am so thankful for this place. We traveled out of town, and I searched on here for gluten free places. There was a decent amount of reviews for Meatheads, but nothing super recent. When I got there, I told him I had celiac. He told me that they have a dedicated fryer just for gluten free fries. The gluten free bun was as expected, didn’t have too much crumbling, and wasn’t so dry I needed a drink after each bite. The fries were incredible, and you get so many. It felt great to order food and feel a little normal. I loved being able to enjoy fries with my burger. Would highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Christian took our order and understood exactly what I needed as a person with Celiac. Delicious burger and fries, felt safe, and would definitely come back if we ever travel through the area again. Many thanks!

The #1 problem seems to be that they insist on toasting all the damned buns on their grill. Thus, even the meat can be cross-contaminated even if you don't order a bun. The Udi's buns are fine of course, except those also get toasted on the same grill as everything else. The other issue is it depends which manager is on duty how careful or not they are. Most of the cook staff are workers with little training.
We have eaten here quite a few times, but occasionally been noticably contaminated. The order-taking staff are usually very good about GF and will mark the order as "gluten allergy" but that doesn't matter a lot with the above problems.

They are very knowledgeable and understood my concerns. I had a burger and fries with a gluten free bun. No issues. I get sick very easily with CC. I was nervous as crap but it was delicious and it had been forever since I had French fries that I didn’t make myself.

Good place! GF Buns and dedicated gf fryer. Friendly staff. Staff even came over to our table to see how I liked my GF bun (which was, admittedly, falling apart) and to seek feedback on what they could do to improve it.
