awsome food! yummy food! great place
No longer dedicated fryer, got a piece of chicken finger with my fries- will not be going back!
Celiac friendly. Dedicated fryer for fries. Delicious with lettuce bun. A relief
The burger may be bunless, but it's still delicious!
Very nice staff, willing to make everything safe for my celiac daughter. Either bring a bun or lettuce wrapped. Good fries.
Great food very attentive staff.
great service and knowledgeable about gluten. my recently diagnosed son was able to get the little meathead meal with fries (no bun) and he didn't get sick. so great to be able to take the whole family out to eat
This has become one of our family favorites when we're in Normal. I love that I can eat the fries!!!! The burger is a usual "no bun" option, but still tastes good.
staff took extra care to assure me that my meal would be prepared safely. Kitchen staff washed their hands and changed gloves each time they touched my order . awesome service!
Fresh cut fries and burgers without the bun are all gf safe. I think the cheese sauce for fries may have gluten because I break out in a rash (my normal 1st symptom) after eating it, which is sad because it is so delicious.
Best place ever!! Food is excellent!! Awesome customer service!! Nikki the cashier and Kelsey the Assistant General Manager were incredibly helpful and friendly. There was NO gluten in our meal, which is a rarity, even with places that claim they provide gluten free food. Absolutely recommend this Meatheads! (We had burgers, chili-cheese fries and milkshakes - on par with west coast's In and Out).
The only fast food type place I can eat french fries at.....delicious!!! Burgers and chicken sandwich are all great too. Staff is aware of allergies and accommodates with a smile.
The manager was very accommodating when I asked to see allergen info, and was actual excited to help me when he heard I was GF. He made sure to point out the separate fryers for the fries and was ready to answer any questions I had. The cashier was also knowledgeable and flagged my order as a gluten allergy. The manager brought out our food personally and told us that the cooks made sure to wash their hands and change gloves before preparing my food. The did wrap my burger in lettuce, but it was so juicy and sloppy (a good thing!) that I ended up eating it with a fork and knife. If they had GF buns they would be perfect, but all in all a great experience.
