There are two locations in Pigeon Forge. One is at the Island shopping area and does not have direct access for parking. We went to the location on Parkway instead. Wait time was decent and expected since busy place. Pizza was great! They even have “Certified GF” marked at top about gluten, which is pretty rare for pizza places. Usually most places say cannot guarantee cross contamination and certainly never say certified. Was immediately relaxing to see this and they listed 4 signature CGF pizzas that could be made along with other GF ingredients. When mentioned gluten free, the server instantly said “I got you”, which means a ton to celiac families. Small size available only for gluten free pizzas and definitely plenty for a personal pizza order. We did separate orders with small GF pizzas for our whole party and most had at least a slice leftover to take home.

If you have celiac and go to pigeon forge this is the place for you! They have a separate kitchen for gluten free and everyone is knowledgeable on allergies. They were tremendous! We are there twice just for the peace of mind that my husband could eat there worry free. DO NOT go to five oaks farmhouse! They are liars and will kill you with gluten. Check my review on them.

I like to travel with my family and we came here for a lunch/dinner type meal. The pizza was really good! The workers were aware of the allergy and went above and beyond to keep it safe! This is an amazing place to dine GF.

Items on menu marked gluten free with 4 options for pizza being gluten free. I got the veg out, it was not very good but did not get sick from it. Service was good.

We ordered online and then I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager. I explained that I had celiac and she was super understanding and knowledgeable! She ensure that they had a separate cooks space and said she would go back and communicate with their chef as well. Once we picked up our food, she told my husband if there were any issues to contact them and that they were extra careful. I had absolutely no reaction and the gf pizza was AMAZING!

The pizza was a bit pricey but it was so delicious! They have all kinds of options for gluten free as well as a dedicated gluten free section that guarantees no cross contamination so you can enjoy your pizza safely. Great place and I definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for some pizza!

Pretty sure my waitress was new because she got very flustered once I mentioned the words celiac and gluten haha. Luckily the manager was nearby and stopped over to assure me he’d take care of everything. Pizza was okay, nothing special to be honest, basically a glorified frozen gluten free pizza, but it was nice to be able to eat out with my wife and not get sick.

Expensive, but man this is a great pizza. House pizza is loaded with two layers of cheese and a layer of toppings. The GF crust is thin, delicious and not dry/crumbly. Absolutely worth it!

This is a great place that is very celiac friendly! I was able to order a GF pizza with customized toppings… I also was able to order a GF Cesar salad. Separate kitchen. Thumbs up to this celiac friendly place.

Seems like the pizza uses an Udi base or one just like it. Felt safe here since they have a separate space to prepare gluten free. The pizza this time tasted just okay, seems like quality may have gone down since the last time I was here. Safe option for pizza in the area though.

Server let us know right away that the gf pizzas were prepared in a separate part of the kitchen using safety protocols. The pizza was brought out separately from the other regular pizza. It looked amazing and was so good!

I was a little nervous when I was about to order and when I said something about GF our waiter left and went and got the manager. The manager was very helpful asked if I was celiac or just GF and there on the menu were certain pizzas that were available in gluten-free. The pizza was OK. Crust a little soft but not bad. Also had a Greek salad and I had no problems Fromm my meal and I am very sensitive.

I will say that this is one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever been to. Table was dirty and sticky, took forever to get service. I decided to leave with my family to go somewhere else. But then our waitress decided to take our drink order. Place is loud with music and television.
I have celiac disease and my heart said leave, but my kids were starving. I ate the ce gluten free pizza and sure enough by the time I left I was nauseous. DO NOT EAT HERE. You have been warned.
No
Love the gluten free crust at Mellow Mushroom. It’s always consistent and never disappoints. Had the House Special today with no reaction. (Anaphylactic to wheat )
Yes
Always a safe choice with celiac if you stick to the marked items.
Yes
Very good gluten free pizza and beer, something we don't get very often. Staff very much aware of celiac and gluten free procedures. Will come back again.
It’s soooo expensive ($15-$17 for a 10”) but I really can’t complain because the gluten free crust is delicious and you can get all varieties of pizza that they have. No reaction either 😊
Went here to eat after being disappointed at the smokey mountain brewery. The waitress started telling me about how they prepared the gluten free pizza before I even finished explaining my celiac disease, she brought my pizza out with gloves on to be extra sure nothing touched my food. They also have dedicated kitchen space, utensils, and dedicated gluten free bins that only gluten free pizza toppings are used for. This place was absolutely awesome I would highly recommend it! Also ask for Victoria (I believe was her name) she was amazing!
Delicious pizza! Manager came to talk to us about preparations and cooking. Celiac son showed no signs of cross contamination.
Yes
We’ve eaten here several times and it was safe for my son.

Some of the best pizza we have ever had! Both me and my brother have celiac, and we were impressed by how the menu writes out the gluten free procedures. They use a separate prep table, new gloves, new aprons, and separate utensils each time someone orders gluten free. Personally, I have not had pizza that tastes that good since before I was diagnosed. It was like someone took my favorite pizza and made it into a gluten free version! The crust was a little crispy, but that is to be expected of thin crust. The toppings are fresh, the atmosphere is exciting, and the servers are super friendly. 10/10 Only complaint is that it’s pretty expensive, yet still completely worth it.
Yes
Staff very knowledgeable. They use a dedicated space for their gluten free pizza. We ate here twice this week and my celiac daughter didn’t get sick and said pizza was amazing.
Yes
Repeat customer: Always careful; never gluten-ed (would know right away). One Tip: If you get the GF pizza, ask them to light on the crust. It tends to cook quickly and often will have burned spots and/or edges.
Yes
They have a gluten-free pizza crust and the menu is marked with toppings that are gluten-free. The prep area is supposedly separate and we experienced no problems.
Yes
Good GF pizza, pleased with experience.
Super safe. They have a dedicated room to fix GF pizza and toppings. All separate!! And if you are staying at the margaritaville hotel you can get it delivered from the island location to your room! Holy cow GF room service. Love this place.

Great pizza but the wait was long. They kept messing up our order. We ended up getting our pizzas free.
The BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had.... And I've had a lot.
Good pizzas! I try the Mellow Mushroom Special and the cheese (double cheese) they were good but the crust were too soft on both.
Pizza shell is gluten free but not home made

Amazing gf pizza selections!! No cross contamination! Separate cooking and prep spaces for GF items. Highly recommend! 4 stars for high prices.

Ate here 3 days ago. Ordered gluten free, specified gluten free. When the pizza came out it was not gluten free. You can always spot a gf pizza on sight. The server immediately sent the manager out. He apologized and rushed a gluten free pizza out to us. It was delicious, one of the best gf pizzas I've ever had. I did not get sick but still...a little scary.
Yes
This was the best experience I have ever had! There was no awkwardness at all. I called my order in and they took it like any other order, no questions no "tone." When I went in to pick it up the staff was awesome! They were attentive and informed! My family wanted to eat at another pizza (buffet) restaurant that was not understanding or helpful when I called. I picked my deliciousness up from MM and ate in the car in the parking lot of the other restaurant.

I ordered the 12inch gluten free pizza without cheese, caramelized onions, black olives and mushrooms. The pizza was ok and not my favorite dough made from sorghum, amaranth, teff and tapioca flour blend plus xanthum gum as it was a bit chewy. The Angry Orchard cider was good and the service was good too.
