I had three gluten-free house specials over w years with no issues the fourth and fifth time though I both had reactions there's too much flour in the air and Cross contact and I will not go again

I've literally been eating mellow mushroom since I was 6. it's one of my dad's favorite places that he's been going to since like the 80s. When I found out I was celiac at 17, I just switched crusts. They have one of my favorite gf crusts and their italian sausage is good. I have never gotten sick at this location.
Update: still love mellow, hate this location. I've been glutened at least twice in the past year and my food always comes out 10-15 minutes after my family's. You can wait an extra 45 minutes for a to go order no problem. (That's after its "ready"). I'm done with this location. Paid parking, freezing reataurant... I'll be at Your Pie if y'all need me.

Look the GF pizza is good but I decided to try the GF brownie today and am now throwing up cause they gave me a regular brownie… when I called they said maybe I ordered the wrong thing online and I said nope looking at my order right now it says gluten free brownie. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is cause the gluten free pizza usually slaps

Dedicated GF line. Only small pizza crust size is available, but delicious. If ordering online, be sure to also call to alert kitchen it is a Celiac GF order. They will take additional precautions to limit cross contamination. There is no space within the online firm to leave a note. All staff I spoke with were knowledgeable about Celiac Disease. Great option for Celiac/safe dining near the Classic Center.

Had the gluten free pizza Monday night and it always takes three days for me to feel sick if it’s contaminated. Right on time exactly three days I had a severe reaction and in so much pain. Must have been cross contaminated while baking it. Will not be trusting to eat here again. (I haven’t been out to dinner since and cooked my own meals so no chance I had a cross contamination with any other food in my house)
I ordered gluten free everything and I’ve been sick all afternoon. The plate I was given had about a thousand cut marks in it & the waitress didn’t use a pen and paper to take my order. I felt like she didn’t really care about getting my order right and clearly neither did the staff. The crust was GF but I don’t think they have a clue about cross contamination. I’ll never eat there again— feeling like this just isn’t worth it.

Had the veg pizza with vegan cheese and added pineapple (pic added). Tasted okay. The usual thin crust gluten free pizza with a gf price upcharge. Pizza tasted okay. You need somewhere to go with non-gf Friends this place is a good choice.
Tasty gluten free crush.
i love this place never sick after so is a perfect place
Great gluten-free pizza and very accommodating. I highly recommend trying this place.

The pizza isn't any better than what you would get from the frozen food department at the grocery store. It is overpriced and dry. I go to Johnny's Pizza on Gaines School Road instead. They have REAL GF pizza's there.

Ordered the certified gluten free house pizza. The crust is not my favorite there is a lot of room for improvement there but the toppings are good. Except for the ground beef it had no flavor. If you aren’t picky and just want an option it’s a fine choice.

My go to for rice free / gluten free pizza. It’s always marked separately. I always get the House Special. I’ve never gotten sick and ordered over 20x. Crust isn’t to die for but the toppings quality is great. Much more cost effective than other GF pizza options in comparison to quality
