I ate here last year. Great servers and new what celiac was and ect. Was not a good experience this time. I have celiac and got very sick. I will not be going back. I explained and they asserted they could handle the cross contamination and ect. As I said before I got very sick.

They claim to be GF but my son gets sick every time we eat here. Either they are very careless with ingredients and cross contamination or they just don’t care. We are here 2 nights ago and it was a disaster. Horrible unfriendly and indifferent service and they could not care less. Won’t go back and won’t recommend.

The food not causing a reaction is the only reason for more than 1 star. We came with family that spoke highly of Mellow Mushroom in South Carolina. What a disappointment!!!! We waited an hour for our food to start arriving. And then it took 30 minutes for all the food to arrive at the table each individual person’s separately. And the child’s meal was the VERY last to arrive and we had to ask for her something to eat while we waited. This was NOT the waitress’s fault as we watched her trying. This was an issue of the kitchen not managing their food delivery correctly.

They are aware of celiac. They let us know that they would change gloves and make sure the gf pizza was kept away from other food. Excellent service.

Great service. My daughter and I loved the GF pizza. I've also had the salads at Mellow. It's a bit pricey, but it is nice to have a pizza option.

Gluten free pizza was very good and priced the same as the non-gluten free pizzas. Friendly service. My son thought it was the best gluten free pizza he has had!

Very good gluten free pizza, but when the waitress brought the food, she said "Gluten free pizza and a 'good' one" - referring to my husband's non-gf pizza. We think Mellow Mushroom is rather pricey.

Pizza was awesome. But I did however have a nasty reaction after eating there. Within minutes if leaving I was doubled over in abdominal pain. Pain that was so bad I passed out and damn near hospitalized. The staff was great and so was our waitress, but I can't afford another attack like that one.

Love the Gluten Free House Pizza!!!! They also have a selection of Gluten Free Beer!!! Separate ovens & prep areas as well!

Great franchise! Totally teach staff to listen to allergen needs and do what they can to accommodate or explain options.

Pizza was very good and they were very accommodating.

There is only one size of the gluten free crust but that means I can have leftovers!!! The crust is really good too!!

I ordered the 12inch gluten free pizza without cheese, caramelized onions, black olives and mushrooms. The pizza was ok and not my favorite dough made from sorghum, amaranth, teff and tapioca flour blend plus xanthum gum as it was a bit chewy. The Angry Orchard cider was good and the service was good too.

Can order online and they have 4 different certified GF pizza options. I always call when getting take out to be safe! I got their hoyse special pizza with GF crust, it was delicious.

Non GF family member happy with the pretzel bited & beer cheese.

Service was fast! Staff confirmed order GF on pick up.

Terrific menu, and they can make any pizza GF. Food was excellent. Our server was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. Indoor and outdoor seating. We would come back here!

Went here with my GF kiddo. The staff was very friendly. Let the server know about the celiac. Told us which of the pizzas were GF. Kiddo decided on plain cheese. We were told they changed gloves, separate oven, etc., for gf. Good experience!
