Had a delicious gluten-free mushroom risotto which they made dairy-free for me. Huge portion and no noticeable gluten side effects.

Surprisingly good! Beautiful presentation. Knowledgeable staff. Called ahead and talked to the head chef who understood celiac and safety very well. Menu is marked. But some of the GF items are not safe as the same grill is used for flatbreads and some proteins. I had the mushroom risotto and it was very good. I did not get sick.

Gluten free items marked on the menu. We’re told that any pasta dish could be made with gluten free penne. Ordered a pasta and meatball dish GF and was told it would take a little longer because they needed to use a fresh pot, new water, etc. that is the kind of delay I’m happy to have! Before the food arrived they told us that the meatballs weren’t GF so it ended up just being pasta and sauce but it was good!

Great option for dinner near Penn State campus. Inside lobby of Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Gluten free, vegan options listed on menu. Assured of precautions to avoid cross contact. Enjoyed the onion soup and mushroom risotto.
