Went once and never again. Barely anything on the menu is safe. I was only able to have two items due to GF and dairy-free. I told our server of my need for careful handling and still got sick.

Hardly any GF options...some wait staff sound knowledgeable but really only 3 tacos are GF, nachos are not, tried a salad...it was a salad.

Took a risk based on the safety reviews and regretted it. Contaminated. Only 3 tacos are technically GF. Told them I was extremely sensitive and they said “no problem”. Didn’t realize that they use lots of flour in the kitchen. The steak tacos are marinated in soy sauce which they warned me of. Said to avoid anything fried and I’d be fine. They even told the kitchen to take extra precautions but didn’t help. I don’t blame the servers, they did the best they could. The menu is just too difficult to navigate.

Love this place! Very knowledgeable. Depending on the day sometimes chips are fried in clean oil so ensure you ask. Last two times I could not have chips.

I’ve had MESA multiple times, and have never had bad experience. The menu is super easy to adjust to make it gluten free, and the staff are extremely helpful in trying to assist with that. All tacos can be served on a corn tortilla, and they always have fresh ingredients to replaced the fried ones we can’t have.
