The entire restaurant is 100% gluten free. I met the owner, his wife cannot eat gluten and she is the cook. There is zero chance of cross contamination because there are no gluten ingredients in the building. I was able to eat anything on the menu. The food was fantastic. The owners are very nice and very open about what they use and do there. It was such a fantastic feeling to be able to pick anything on the menu.
