I had lunch at this location today. They no longer have a gluten sensitive menu. I was lucky in that our waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free due to her son having celiac. The chips have their own separate fryer, also confirmed by the manager. Salsa was also gluten free. I had the chicken fajitas with a double side of beans due to rice not being safe. Our waitress said the cilantro lime rice was safe, but then came back and said normally they can make another batch but not that day. Waitress said corn tortillas were warmed in a separate area away from the flour tortillas. I was grateful that our waitress was knowledgeable, and had no reaction at all.

I’ve enjoyed mi cosina in the past, but they’ve recently declined in their gluten free options. They no longer have their gluten free rice nor their gluten free menu. Several sauces have gluten. The food is good, but the options are increasingly limited.

I ordered the ribeye fajitas thinking they would be safe. I didn’t eat the chips based on previous reviews here... I still got sick. Not to mention that the food wasn’t up to the level of a upscale Mexican food restaurant.
Probably ok for non-allergy gluten avoidance, but definitely cc issues and not Celiac Safe.
No
Love this restaurant. Good selection. Friendly knowledgeable staff. This is a place we frequent and I have never had contaminated food.
Food is great. Service is horrendous. Waited over 30 mins for appetizers because we couldn't flag down our waitress and "there was a large party in the back"
Nice sized gluten-free menu. Yummy Fajitas come with corn Tortillas. 4 GF sauces. Great for girls night out or date night.

The chips are fried separately so safe for celiac. Had the shrimp brochette and queso no problems . Staff was very helpful. They served my meal with.out the rice since it was not gf substituted salad. Very good dinner.

I’ve read on here that this restaurant has nothing GF…. Totally WRONG! Per Vicky the manager, all fajitas are GF, Chips, Salsa, Queso, nachos all GF. Rice is NOT GF but beans are. She was super helpful, obviously stay away from the things you know are not your friend

Honestly, the food was really just mid. I got the taco dinner and it was bland. Queso was bland. Even the chips! The margarita was alright. There’s just better Mexican food out there. Don’t waste your time here.
