I had the GF veggie enchiladas (minus the shrimp) and they were delicious! Very fresh veggies and very helpful staff.

Very kind and cautious. I have a corn and gluten allergy. They were able to help me figure out what was safe to eat. They have a separate GF menu. The Flan is even GF so you can have dessert! I was so impressed by how much they cared and were attentive to my needs.
The waitress was rude and uninformed when I asked for gluten free options. I ordered the GF Shrimp and Guac Enchilada, specifying GF for good measure. I spent all night in pain and throwing up. It was Gluten. Please be careful what you serve your customers with allergies. This does permanent damage to our bodies.
No

Small menu for GF but really good!

Do not eat here if you have Celiac. The corn tortillas are all fried in the same fryer as anything breaded so everything has gluten. It is very hard to get any assistance here because the wait staff is so poorly trained on food allergies. I would avoid it. Not worth the risk.

Sadly have to edit my review after getting sick here. Had the same item I’ve been ordering for the last 5 years: chips and espinaca, quesadilla made with corn tortillas and rice.
Offers a gluten free menu and their chips are (were??) gluten free. Make sure you’re ordering the correct rice - the green poblano rice, not the red rice.

I was told the chips are not in a dedicated fryer and are contaminated.
They do have 5-6 items on their “Gluten Sensitive” menu however they also have the typical disclaimer that there is the possibility of cross-contamination.
I informed the server I had celiac and asked that the kitchen staff change gloves before preparing my meal. I had also asked to make sure the Masa would not be on my plate. She stated that once she places this as an allergy order, all of these protocols would be followed and no gluten items would be on my plate.
Meal was served with the Masa on the plate. I told the 2nd server that I couldn’t have this on my plate and she took it back to the kitchen. Worried, I explained to our server, Bella, that they can’t just scrape it off my plate and re-serve it, I need a new dish prepared. She was very gracious and took great care of me and informed the Manager of the issue. Our server was fantastic, and We tipped her well. But, we will probably not eat here again due to the carelessness of the kitchen.

Not celiac friendly at all! Chip frier is not dedicated and items on the gluten friendly menu are cross contaminated. so I’m not really sure why anyone would give this place five stars if they have celiac. So sad!

Mi Ranchito has gluten-free entrees with chicken or seafood that are safe for celiacs. The staff understands the importance of this for patrons.
