Don’t bank on visiting this place, especially if you are from out of town. Have a backup. We showed up after walking 3 blocks in the rain only to be told they were closed and it was an hour before their posted closing time on a Saturday night. We had planned ahead and picked this restaurant and were left with almost no other options. We were starving and I ended up getting very sick where we did and up. Very disappointed and likely won’t revisit this establishment.
We absolutely loved their food. I have the allergy and I had a chili relleno breaded with cornmeal and egg which was a huge treat! Also, a fish street taco. All the sides are GF so I had the Mexican rice and seasoned potatoes which my husband and I both thought were fantastic!! I am allergic to agave and so they made me a margarita with fresh ingredients( no mixer) and vodka. Tequila and many mixers are made from agave.. They will do anything to accommodate you. Great atmosphere and right by the train station and 5 minute walk to shopping district. Dont miss it!

Waitress was knowledgeable enough about celiac to know there was an issue warming up corn tortillas on the same warmer that had flour tortillas. Had steak fajitas and a house margarita. All had good flavor, but the meat was tough. Refried beans tasted homemade and not out of a can. I would go back to this restaurant. No cross contamination!

Very good food!!! Excellent margaritas!! Good atmosphere!! Waitress didn’t know if the enchiladas were made with flour or corn but she did ask. Enchiladas are made with corn tortillas!! The chips and salsa were also excellent!!

Had tacos with gluten-free corn tortillas with a couple margaritas. Everything was good and I didn’t feel sick at all after.

When asking about gluten free I was told that the only thing with gluten is the flour tortillas. The corn chips are made in a shared frier. Had no problems with my meal.
