They take care to prepare celiac orders separately, and they are familiar with the protocols necessary to make a celiac order. BUT it is a small restaurant and is very short-staffed. They clean their oven to make a celiac order, so they need extra time to do so. It took a very looong time to get our order. The waiter suggested calling ahead before you come, if you have celiac.
