Staff was knowledgeable about GF options and there was a variety of options to choose from. I had a breakfast platter with eggs, sausage, a toasted GF bun, fruit and a side of hollandaise sauce.

Found the restaurant quite crowded and we didn’t have a reservation. But pleasantly surprised we were seated quickly and serviced quickly. The server was attentive to my gluten free needs. I had the shrimp and grits, and roasted Brussel sprouts. So many amazing flavors, food was delicious. The waiter even brought me a gluten free roll that was also warm and crusty. It was a delightful experience! Highly recommend!!

Great small place for brunch if you like eggs. Not a ton of options outside of their omelettes/ egg based dishes but they alerted the chef to my “allergy” and confirmed everything was gluten free when they delivered it. The food was good and my BF also enjoyed his meal. They also had GF buns but I didn’t try them so can’t speak to their quality

For me, it was mid. The food was all right. Not as many options as I was expecting, it’s really only a gluten free biscuit. The menu is pretty small. Not bad-don’t know if I’d come back though. Sunflower Bakehouse is better

The very best GF buns cooked in their own covered space in the oven. Their Gouda grits are the best I have ever had, and are also safe. They are not overly cheesy so my low lactate issues tolerated them fine. John is very knowledgeable of celiac safe options and has a great history of the area if you have never been. Plus you don’t have to pay to park!

For their huevos tostada, they substituted a gluten-free bun for me (tostada is deep fried in a shared fryer) and it was so good. And I got fruit instead of the potatoes.

Good options for brunch! They modified the huevos for me since the corn tortillas go in a shared fryer. Loved their grits too.

Really tasty breakfast. The items that are gf are indicated by a star on the menu. I had an omelet with tomato, mushrooms, and pepper jack with sides fruit and a gf bun. Food came out fast. Flavor was good. Price wasn’t terrible.
