We ate at Miguel's after reading all the 5 star ratings. Most seem to come from people who are celiac. That no doubt makes it even more of a relief to find a place that works. However ... the food simply wasn't amazing, as I would expect from that consistently high of a rating. It was just okay. The posole was decent and my husband enjoyed his gorditos (not gluten free). The red and green sauces were just okay, and the potatoes that came with my Huevos Rancheros seemed frozen and a little watery. I in no way mean to knock the establishment. It seems to be run by good people Just manage your expectations if you're looking for a more gourmet New Mexico dining experience. I would choose elsewhere for that. Prices are reasonable.
