They researched every ingredient for our family and another celiac family they had dealt with. Their ribs, bbq chicken, and pork steak are the easiest and safest the pulled pork is safe also but has to be fresh chopped from a different container for cross contamination issue.They use clean gloves with each meal anyway. The bbq sauce and rub are safe as well. Their smoker never has gluten on it and as soon as they leave it they wrap the them in foil and saran wrap before placing in warmer. The kitchen is open so you can watch them prep your meal. They offer to change gloves before slicing ribs. They have baked potatoes as a side. We don't eat the potato salad or cole slaw so can not speak to the ingredients in them.

Very accommodating with my allergy. All meats were GF just no bread. I had the chicken and a baked potato, excellent food!!! They made mine first with fresh gloves before my non-celiac husbands order. Open kitchen in view and just really super cool dudes!
