The only place in Buffalo that I haven’t had a reaction to when eating a GF sub. If you order GF “environment” they will make in a completely separate space with dedicated utensils. They use Kith and Kin sub rolls (and have the K&K pizza shells too). They will tell you that they cannot guarantee no cross contamination for cooked items like bacon and I don’t believe they have a dedicated GF fryer. My go to is always the Turkey and ham combo.

This is the best gluten free sub roll I have ever had!! Even better that it’s a local business! They do make in a dedicated gluten free environment if you ask them to. They also have gluten free pizza highly recommend!

They don’t advertise their gf options but the lady at the counter was very knowledgeable. She rattled off the products that were totally GF and the products that were no gluten ingredients but couldn’t promise the cc issue. We were limited to a basic Sub but I was impressed by their knowledge and my very sensitive son didn’t get sick. We’ll be back!

Celiac friendly?

Some of the staff is knowledgeable on what meat/toppings is gf, but not all of them. Nice to have a place to get foot long gf subs. Pricey, but they usually have a $1 off coupon out to help. Usually quite a wait because they are always busy.

Subs are awesome, pizza mediocre.
