Not allergen friendly!! Nothing is marked in the menu as gluten-free, or what could be made gluten-free. Your experience is entirely dependent on the knowledge of your server. If your server is not knowledgeable, you will have a terrible experience. Our server was not knowledgeable multiple trips back-and-forth between the kitchen and the hostess to find out what could be made gluten-free. At the end the meal still came out with bread on it.

GF options here are limited to broiled seafood dishes. Server was knowledgeable and knew I couldn’t have their hush puppies (fried dough-it’s a thing here in the Outer Banks). I had broiled shrimp and it was a decent portion but kinda bland. Just some salt and pepper and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

NOT "food allergy friendly" as their exterior sign says. Nothing is labeled on the menu. When we asked about GF options the waitress pointed out maybe three things we could have. There was no dessert option for us, either. The food was ok, not great.

This place was AMAZING!! No specific GF menu but they have it marked on the menu. Got the grilled shrimp, with the red mashed potatoes, and the vegetable medley, delicious!! Service was Great as well, will definitely go back!

Service was excellent, waitress was very knowledgeable. We had delicious steaks, this is our favorite safe place when vacationing!

It’s advertised out front that they are allergy friendly however our waitress was unsure what gluten was and was unable to assist with menu options. As a parent of a child with celiac I was very upset. The manager came over to assist but I feel that if you advertise that you are allergy friendly the wait staff should be knowledgeable

The restaurant is very accommodating and the waiter was knowledgeable & helpful in assisting us with ordering. The food was incredible!

The server was very attentive to me being a celiac, double-checked with the kitchen and informed me that a sauce they would use on my fish wasn't safe, so they would eliminate that. Also pointed out what appetizers I couldn't eat. I felt very confident eating here. They also have a local cider that's great.
