Waitress excellent and very familiar with GF, no dedicated fryer so I was not able to have fries or the homemade chips. Sandwiches can be made with GF brioche hamburger size bun. I had mashed potatoes as my side to be safe since their fryer also cooks breaded items. Surprised this was Guy Fieri recommended. My family just thought the food was so-so.
