Several items listed as Gluten Free but unfortunately they share tools / ovens with Gluten containing products. I got a reaction. Not good for Celiacs as they do not manage well cross contamination

They had 6 different GF options which were in their own case. They changed gloves when asked and got a clean tray to put things on. Unfortunately still had a reaction

Not good for celiac. But oh my! Its so yummy! I tried basically all of it and its so good. Almost worth how sick I feel. They heated it all in the same oven without changing gloves. I bet they would if I had asked but I got distracted. They also had non gf food in the same case (on the bottom though so that shouldn't be too bad). Really nice, helpful, and reacted well to my indecisiveness!

This place is awesome! There are tons of gluten free options, and the empanadas are cooked in a dedicated fryer which takes a little longer but they come out delicious and super crunchy. I will definitely be eating here again.

Gluten free selection has improved! They now have gluten free empanadas, mine were beef and chicken, made to order in a dedicated fryer. They continue to have arepas and other items. The staff now know about cross contamination. Ample seating for a crowd. Will go again.
Contrary to expectations, there was a decent sized gluten free menu of corn and cassava based pastries... with great savory and sweet options.
This is a nice place to come and get a safe, tasty pastry or and snack :)
I was disappointed. I had been very excited to try it out, but when I went in they only had two gluten free options, and both had cheese (as someone with IBS, this was a problem). I wouldn't have minded so much (I understand that my allergies are a bit hard to work around), but the woman behind the counter had to be coaxed to tell me what was in each of the options. I repeated "does it have cheese" multiple times before she finally told me. Their web site said that they had lots of options, so I was just disappointed. I'm sure that their food would have been great if I didn't have allergies.
Great place for a light lunch of a salad, arepa, and fresh juice. Try the mora (blackberry) juice. Yum! They have great coffee, and ice cream, too.
I had a delicious salad with yummy spicy dressing and a buñuelo. Friends recommended the juice but I'm saving that for next time.
