I asked some extra questions when picking up my take out pasta and felt like they really knew and cared about extra precautions with gluten. Had their pasta, enjoyed it and didn’t get sick.

Safe to eat inside if you have someone experienced. Didnt get sick eating inside, got sick from takeout(cant flag allergy on online order system.)

Staff have been amazing. Checked what tequila I could have with my Margarita and the pizza is great! Crust is a little hard, but still good.

Had higher hopes for a GF paradise based on all the good reviews. No separate GF menu (I had seen one online but was told they didn’t have a separate menu when we arrived), but some items on menu labeled GF. Server was not very knowledgeable about CC or celiac (could not tell me what cc steps would be taken and did not know what CD was). Did not end up getting glutened, so all ended up OK. No vegan cheese options for DF. Ordered pasta primavera with grilled chicken. Server was very pleasant.

The entire staff has been trained on celiac protocol, I was so impressed.

This was the best gluten free pizza I’ve been had, excited to try the pasta and desserts available

My favorite pizza place in all of raleigh. Best gf pizza and definitely celiac safe!!!

The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and pleasant in general. They have a gf menu, and the pizzas we got were terrific. Also recommended getting the pita points. The chocolate tort is also amazing.

The whole staff was so accommodating and knowledgeable! They all understood the risks of cross contamination. I was even given separate gluten free pizza and pasta at the lunch buffet! I’m very happy with my experience at Milton’s.

Buffet was labeled with gf items. For an up charge they will bring you your own gf pizza or pasta. Pizza crust was soft and actually has some thickness too it. Some on the best I’ve had so far. Not sure about cross contamination though, I’m gf intolerant and not as sensitive as some people.

I had lunch here during a work trip and I was so impressed. When I asked for the gf menu the hostess gave me a ton of info about what they could do and even how I could eat at the buffet. I went with the gf pepperoni pizza and it was easily the best gf pizza I've had. I will definitely eat here again when I'm back in town.

Really great GF options including pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza crust was outstanding, a bit on the crunchy side but not bland and paper thin. We loved it. Good salad bar options.

We have tried dozens of other GF crust all over the country- this is the best! Knowledge about toppings very good too Avoid house sausage, rope sausage is safe.

I had the gluten free Alfredo with chicken. It was delicious and the service at the bar was super quick and the bartender was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Third review: the penne pesto with chicken and red pepper is fantastic! It isn't on the main menu but they will make it for a $1 up charge.

Second review 10/31/15: today I went with a friend for the buffet lunch. Since most everything on the hot side was not gf I asked what the up charge world be for a dish of gf penne. She came back and said the manager said no charge AND they would make us a gf pizza! This was so nice of them! We had some sauce,salad and hot veggies which made for a great lunch! Thank you, Patti

First review: I had a fantastic gf pizza - white pizza with ham and pineapple. The leftovers heated up well and were just as good as the first time! They also have a crab dip I want to try as well as a flourless chocolate cake.

Not only does Milton's have really great gf pizza but they are knowledgeable and when they aren't sure, they are diligent about checking on ingredients with the kitchen. They have the BEST customer service in the area too. If ever something isn't right, they go above and beyond to fix it.

Love the crab dip with the triangles made from their GF pizza dough. I only eat the pizza here and never the pastas too limited a selection of types. I just personally am not much for penne.

Miltons is the hands down choice in the area for pizza for me. I do eat others but always come back here when time and choice permit.

They do a great job with GF. Pizza was good, pastas are great. They need GF bread for the crab dip. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable and wants to make sure you are safe/welcome to eat there.

This place is AWESOME. My nine year old daughter and I are wheat free -- a hard place to be for a little girl whose favorite restaurant was Cici's pizza. Thank God for Milton's who has a delicious salad bar/buffet at lunch and will bring out GF pizza directly to your table to avoid contamination but still charge you buffet price. And it's really good pizza!

I had the best Italian meal in a very long time. I ordered the GF bruschetta and awesome GF pasta dish. Also had a great flour less chocolate cake for desert. It was way better than Bella Monica. They also have GF pizza and I will order that next time.
