this restaurant is awesome. apparently they may not have GF crusts @ all times, when i called they had to verify they had some. complete GF menu..appetizer, salad, pizza (full choice!) and even 2 types of cake pieces for dessert!!! lemon cake was great. pizza crust was fabulous. reminds me of Godfather's. was told same guy started both. a side of sauce may not be a bad idea, some areas of the crust were thicker & therefore a bit dry in some bites. service was great!

Ordered a House salad w/ Chicken to bring home. Picked it up, luckily I checked what was in the bag before we left and they put croutons and bread sticks on top of my salad. We specifically stated Gluten free. Got my new salad and honestly, the taste was not worth the hassle. Not a happy customer and will not try again.

Love the pizza. Staff is always accommodating. My husband likes their regular pizza & I like that I can get GF pizza with so many of the gourmet toppings. They did run out of GF crusts there once, but they were apologetic & I have been there many times since.

Amazing gluten free pizza. Their menu is not too extensive but definitely enough options. Great price with enough pizza to share with another person if you get the 10". The kitchen takes great precautions for those with a gluten allergy and staff is very knowledgable and helpful!

Good in a pinch. But not my favorite gluten free pizza, by far. Go to Waldo Pizza or Spin instead.

I love their pizza! Their crust comes out great and isn't soggy like I've had at other places. They take cross-contamination very seriously and bring out the gf pizzas separate from the others.

Horrible GF pizza. I asked them if i could take and bake it since they are premade. They got an attitude and said no....I asked them to be super careful not to cross contaminate.Saidly was cross contaminated and i was sick for a week! I only ate a couple bites of it. My kids wouldnt even eat it. If only i didnt have a gluten allergy. There regular pizza crusts and pizzas are awesome!

The gluten free crust is awful. I would rather eat the cardboard box it comes in. I appreciate them trying but this one is a complete miss.

It is comforting to know that not only is there a dedicated GF menu but it's a menu that actually has a decent selection. So many menus offer GF options but only if you scrape this off, alter it this way, no sauce, no bread and voila it's GF! GF people want to eat food that is as close to a normal option as possible and Minskys provides those options.

Disappointing crust...tasted like thick cardboard. I was so sad because Minsky's is my absolute FAVORITE pizza. I hope they can find a way to make it better.
