Favorite gluten free pizza in KC. Not much on their menu is GF except pizzas but it is delicious pizza! Their GF menu mentions that their kitchen has received training from National Foundation for Celiac Awareness. I still always let them know my pizza for celiac and not preference.

Nima sensor showed gluten in my gluten free pizza. Tested it after it made me sick. We won’t be coming back. Seems to happen frequently. Watched them cut my pizza with the same tools as the other pizzas and then got an attitude about it. Doesn’t matter if it’s slow or busy, the employees are annoyed with GF. Completely banned this location.

Good GF pizza in 3 sizes so if its just one member of the family that's got celiac like me you can get the mini and not make everyone have to get the GF crust. The GREAT kitchens certification on the door makes me feel like they actually care that it's safe for me to eat there, instead of other places where I worry that the GF options are part of a fad.

I LOVE MINSKY'S!!! Now serving mini, small, and large size gf pizzas. Also just came out with a GLUTEN FREE DEEP DISH CRUST!! It's delicious. Treat yo'self!!

Love this place! they now have small and large gf pizza! So glad because now my whole family loves tbe gf crust better even though they aren't allergic like me.

This was my first time visit & won't be the last. I had the Mediterranean pizza and substituted the lamb sausage with the shrimp. It was very good! The outdoor seating on the patio was quiet and the staff were very helpful.

Always one of my favorite GF restaurants. Delicious and awesome staff!

They have a gluten free menu! The Classic Detroit-Style pizza is the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! And the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and kind, especially Vicki!

I am very sensitive celiac and I am always nervous to eat out at places that aren't strictly gluten free. I wasn't sure about eating here but talked to the waitress who assured me everything is prepared separately and I would be safe so I decided to give it a try. The gluten free pizza is so good (like good enough it made me feel like I shouldn't be allowed to eat it lol) and I had NO reaction. Thrilled!
