Ordered the gluten free penne noodle with alfredo sauce as they did not have the gluten free spaghetti noodle. Alfredo sauce was bland. Had to add some salt and pepper so it wasn't so bland. Luckily I am just visiting Nashville because I would not eat there again.

Best GF pasta in Nashville. The crab sauce was amazing. You pick from a long list the type of pasta and sauce you would like. We enjoyed the salad and wine. Casual place with very good food.

Wait staff wasn’t helpful. Our waitress made two trips back to the chef to ask questions that she couldn’t answer some answers were actually on the menu. I did order and we will see if I get sick. The food was delicious though.

Great food! Virtually all of their sauces are GF and they have penne and spaghetti. Several other options as well. Have eaten here several times and never had a reaction. Definitely recommend!

Ate here a few days ago and got sick. Thought their procedures were pretty good - supposedly separate utensils, pasta boiled in a clean pot with fresh water, prepped in a separate area. At least this is what I was told. Am about 99.9% positive it was this meal because I ate every other meal at home that day and hadn't eaten out for a while before. The manager was nice and seemed concerned when I called to tell him the next day. Other reviews have been good so maybe I just had a bad experience, but I won't be back.

This place is AWESOME! We featured them with our Nashville Gluten Free Dinner Club. They cook pasta in separate water and use clean pans and utensils to make sauces or your main entree. Call In advance so they can get the water boiling for your noodles. Also try the mussels! Delish!

You're better off going to Olive Garden if you're looking for flavor. I was hoping for a very nice, classy Italian dining experience. This place is in a strip mall and the food was SO VERY BLAND. I should have listened to the yelp review that said "if you're looking for an $11 plate with pasta sauce you can make at home, go here." Except that most homemade pasta sauces I've had are better than this.

They were nice when I asked for gluten free pasta though. No rolling eyes or anything, so that was nice.

We had a wonderful time dining here. Great quality food, service, & price. They have both Penne & Spaghetti GF pasta options! Both are equally good. Every sauce I've had has been great. They will give you celery and carrots to dip in their bean & oil dip before the meal. Highly recommend!

Mirko Pasta offers gf penne and all sauces except carbonara were stated by waitress as gf. Not sure she totally had that right so will probably double check each visit, but the Alfredo sauce was definitely gf. Can also order online for takeout and gf pasta shows up.

I felt this restaurant’s reviews needed to be updated because I went in today expecting a positive experience and was disappointed and misled. They DO have gluten free penne. But the server didn’t even know about that or anything being gluten free (like the pasta sauces). She was so unknowledgeable about the food and restaurant she even gave us lunch menus and they only serve the dinner menus on Saturday. Even for someone new (my assumption, giving her the benefit of the doubt) the service was too poor- we were the first party to dine that day (a solid 40min after they opened) and were the only people there to wait on for a good while. I had to go get her to take our order after we were waiting for at least 20 mins and found her in conversation with a couple at the bar without looking like she planned to come over to us any time soon. Also per the waitress there was no soda in the restaurant because the owner was at the store buying more. The bigger problem was that in addition to horrible service the food is not good. The bolognese sauce tasted like tomato soup with unseasoned ground hamburger in it. I hope others will not be misled by the restaurants prior positive reviews. They had better tighten things up or they won’t be in business much longer with food and service so poor.

Their gluten free pasta has a great taste and texture. It was quite yummy. Server was a little unsure of certain things, but did know to warn about dairy in certain dishes in case that was an issue as well. Does not have a kid's menu. I'm very sensitive to cross contamination and I did not get sick.
