Food was tasty, but apparently they do GF by leaving out soy sauce and flour. I'm not sure they take other precautions. They did have a very small amount of GF soy I could add to the food. I had trouble determining if the fryer was shared; the answer seemed to be yes. I avoided anything fried, even if marked GF on the menu, as a result. Not a lot of variety in the options. I feel bad saying this, but if I were local, I'd make my own GF Chinese food.
