My celiac daughter ordered the Jr ribs, which was the only option in the kids menu they could make GF. Not that this was a problem: she says they were excellent, and the fries were also amazing. The staff confirmed they use a dedicated fryer for their french fries. They also provided us with an allergy menu to keep with us at the table so she'd be able to confirm which sauces were safe (one or two are not due to soy sauce, so pay attention!) One of the servers visit with us for a bit and told us she's made it part of her personal mission to take extra care with all allergy meals, especially GF, so people can eat safely. Thanks, Erica!
Ps: I always wait 12+ hours after a meal to review it, just in case. It passed the test!
