Staff was very knowledgable about celiac and preventing cross-contamination. The meats are cut in front of you, so I could hear a more experienced worker directing some newer ones to change their gloves and use separate weigh trays in order to keep my food safe. All of the hot sauces they have on the tables are GF except for “Texas Twang”.
