How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

I was considering eating here and spoke to the chef to get a better sense of their precautions. They said they can use new pizza cutter and change gloves but the GF pizza goes in the same oven as the regular pizzas, so he would not recommend it for Celiacs. It would definitely be fine for those who are gluten intolerant but I will not be eating here out of precaution.

Pizza was good but got sick the morning after and all afternoon/evening. Pizza was obviously contaminated.

Y’all, this is some amazing GF pizza!! I am very sensitive to gluten and usually don’t try GF pizza at all. I went off another few reviews I saw here and on google and I’m so glad I did! I’m lactose intolerant so I had a pepperoni pizza and subbed the mozzarella for Gorgonzola for the minimal lactose level and omg was the pizza so delicious 😍 I loved it so much we went to this second location after eating at the Wynwood location the day before! No side effects other than a massive craving for more Mister O1 pizza! The staff was super friendly and accommodating to my requests. Would highly recommend!!

I spoke to the manager and she advised me not to eat there because of all the flour in the air. I gave them 5 stars for being up front with me, even though I was super disappointed.

Gluten free pizza was absolutely delicious. I honestly thought it wasn’t gluten free which is always a really good sign! Would highly recommend! Also, I should add, I checked with the kitchen and they put the gluten-free crust on a separate tray. With most pizza places you’ll find that there’s a small risk of cross-contamination just due to the flour in the air. I didn’t get sick though when I’m celiac.

Super yummy gluten free pizza! Super impressive for the middle of Florida.

Make sure to communicate the severity of your allergy. It’s not a separate kitchen but they take many precautions.
