I was considering eating here and spoke to the chef to get a better sense of their precautions. They said they can use new pizza cutter and change gloves but the GF pizza goes in the same oven as the regular pizzas, so he would not recommend it for Celiacs. It would definitely be fine for those who are gluten intolerant but I will not be eating here out of precaution.
