Review of Mistral Kitchen

Had our company party here last night. The owner / chef, William, totally "gets it" and knows how to make a safe, Celiac-friendly (and super tasty!) gluten free meal. He has set up his kitchen to prevent cross contamination for other allergens, as well. Definitely recommend!
