I got very sick eating here tonight. I stayed away from the hibachi made meals and had the seaweed salad, salmon salad and sushi. All of these items were on their gluten free menu. I spoke to the supervisor on the phone and then again when I got there. She assured me that the chefs were well aware of the preparation and cross contamination procedures. As I sit here writing this review very sick, I can say that they are not trained very well. I haven't been this badly glutened in years.

I ordered Hibachi and avocado roll. The food was so good! The waitress even brought over a clearly marked bottle of gluten free soy sauce for me. She was very knowledgeable about what menu items were and were not safe and even asked how sensitive I am. Being celiac, I was not taking any chances with the extra sauces, but I honestly didn't even need them!

I love this place. The food was so good, they offer a separate gluten free menu if you ask. I will definitely come here again!

This was one of my favorite Japanese restaurants pre-celiac diagnosis and it had not yet been reviewed on this app so I was nervous to come back, but I had an excellent experience here! The server and owner were knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a gluten free menu which includes modifications of many regular menu items using gluten free soy sauce. There was even a gluten free shrimp dumpling! The staff was very helpful and spoke with the chefs about any item that could be contaminated with soy sauce. The spicy mayo is not gluten free. The sushi rice is gluten free. The ginger salad dressing is gluten free! An excellent experience and I felt very comfortable eating here.
