So I ate here a few times with good results. They changed their gloves grabbed me fresh ingredients from the back, indicated my pizza as an allergy, and kept in a separate place in the oven. However, the last three times I got my pizza it wasn’t cooked all of the way. I always have to watch them the whole time and remind them they can’t touch other things and the last time i had someone pick it up for me and i got very sick. I have not eaten there again. It’s a bit of a cross contamination nightmare.

I have eaten there twice and both times I have gotten sick. I would not eat there again. They do not separate the pizzas and the utensils are cross contaminated.

When I asked about gluten free they told me which items were but did not seem sure. I asked about the gluten-free crust when I did not see a separate press machine. She said it was prepackaged. She changed gloves, used fresh cheese and sauce when I asked. She said it was safe but then took it to the oven, slid it off the paper and placed it directly on the bare oven with the other pizzas. That ruined it and I did not get the pizza. I went home and made my own. So frustrating! My son got a regular one and said it was not good. We will not be returning there.

Delicious pizza, plenty of topping options, dairy free cheese available at no extra charge. We have ordered from here twice and will definitely be back! Only complaint is that they never cut through the pizza completely so, we just recut it at home.
Cauliflower(GF) crust was delicious but they had a GF crust as well that would also be dairy free. Only in the 11inch size which is a large personal pizza or maybe enough for 2 kids. I will definitely go back & try more of their pizza flavors. Recommend! 👍
While they did change their gloves they cut my gluten free pizza with the same cutter they used on the regular pizzas. They also stuck it on the same pan. Needless to say I couldn’t eat my pizza.

Great place for GF option! I noticed the changing of gloves at every station to suit my needs
Yes
They are aware of gluten allergies and will do a glove change when handling your food. Gluten free crust available for extra $2
Yes
They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.

I like Mod Pizza. I go there about once a month when I dont want to cook. I usually get the gluten-free crust, regular sauce, diary free cheese, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, spinach, and chickpeas. I think the vegan suasage option has gluten. I also get a big salad and omit everything with gluten or dairy.
They attempt to avoid cross contaminating with changing gloves, etc, but it is all in one area. If you have celiacs and are very sensitive probably not a good idea. I am a gluten intolerant so as long as they do as much as they can, I don't have a reaction. And it depends on the level of knowledge of the staff thar is working.
They can also accommodate me for dairy free which is amazing. I don't recall about the meat they use so be sure to ask if it has gluten. I know the regular pizza sauce is safe but check with regards to the others. I think they use only basic ingredients in their products and not a lot of additives and fillers.

While a chain, we feel this location is mindful of allergies. We’ve eaten here six times with no ‘glutening’ or a reaction for my egg/dairy allergy. We’ve even placed an order for pick up, requesting a glove change in the notes, and ate safely! The pizza is just okay though. The GF pizza leaves a lot to be desired, and the vegan cheese is a little gooey. But when we’re in a hurry, it’s nice to have a safe place to grab a quick personal pizza.
