Should have known better than to do a busy Friday night, but went ahead and ordered. Was a obviously not handled with care and I am not positive that it was even a GF crust. Restaurant was busy and the attention to detail was lacking as they were running 30 min+ behind on orders. Extreme illness the next day. Was worth a shot but will not return and do not recommend for Celiac.

They offer gluten and dairy free options. They make you aware of possible cross contamination. They are easy to work with and accommodate GF and DF. They can pull fresh non contaminated ingredients from under the line. Overall very happy and I have not been sick. I eat here weekly as well as other MOD off of Northgate and they both do great. The price for GF is the most reasonable. Good food. Safe food. I rate 5/5. Celiac

The service is seriously lacking. The place was busy, so I get the need to rush, but I am still paying the same price as a slow day, so I want my food to be made with as much care. Especially since we waited over 30 minutes just to order. The toppings were slopped onto the pizza and it didn't taste good at all. And the people working the line were not friendly at all, a couple of them were flat out rude. We drove past another mod to come to this one because in the past the food has always been much tastier from this location. Idk what happened, or how one makes a pizza bland, but this establishment, like the one on North Academy, has done so. I will stick to paying more elsewhere because I eat for the taste and this was bland.

The staff is all willing to change gloves for you when handling your food. They offer 2 different gluten free pizza crusts, and all toppings are gluten free. I absolutely love pizza and this is by far my favorite place!

Not celiac friendly at all. I let them know that I have a wheat allergy and the employee that prepped my pizza let me know that there was cross contamination everywhere. The words didn't bother me but the annoyed and hateful attitude did. Very different from other MOD establishments.
Their pizza is tasty, but it comes in direct contact with shared surfaces throughout the prep process (same oven surface, same peel/oven paddle, sometimes the same cutter). Not a safe place for someone with celiac or severe sensitivity.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.

I like Mod Pizza. I go there about once a month when I dont want to cook. I usually get the gluten-free crust, regular sauce, diary free cheese, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, spinach, and chickpeas. I think the vegan suasage option has gluten. I also get a big salad and omit everything with gluten or dairy.
They attempt to avoid cross contaminating with changing gloves, etc, but it is all in one area. If you have celiacs and are very sensitive probably not a good idea. I am a gluten intolerant so as long as they do as much as they can, I don't have a reaction. And it depends on the level of knowledge of the staff thar is working.
They can also accommodate me for dairy free which is amazing. I don't recall about the meat they use so be sure to ask if it has gluten. I know the regular pizza sauce is safe but check with regards to the others. I think they use only basic ingredients in their products and not a lot of additives and fillers.

While a chain, we feel this location is mindful of allergies. We’ve eaten here six times with no ‘glutening’ or a reaction for my egg/dairy allergy. We’ve even placed an order for pick up, requesting a glove change in the notes, and ate safely! The pizza is just okay though. The GF pizza leaves a lot to be desired, and the vegan cheese is a little gooey. But when we’re in a hurry, it’s nice to have a safe place to grab a quick personal pizza.
