Me and friend (both celiac) go here very often for our pizza. We get the cauliflower crust instead of the gluten-friendly. They cannot guarantee gluten-free because there’s a chance of cross contamination. I like MOD because Im also dairyfree and its easy to customize. So far so good on no stomach pains.

One star because they are not Celiac safe. Manager was very honest and told me that there is no way that they can accommodate someone with Celiac. They have no process for cooking them safely. So for honesty they get 5 stars. Bummer because the one time I had it (before I was told they were unsafe for CD) the pizza was delicious :-(

I got sick on opening day. There was Cross contamination for sure!

March 2017 update- they can't cook the pizza on the screen anymore so this is no longer an option. Not even worth carrying gluten free crust now. They won't let you take it unbaked either. ...We just discovered this place and are so happy to have found a place for pizza that doesn't charge an arm and a leg and take forever to make the pizza. Staff was very friendly and accommodating but we had to ask for glove changes, fresh ingredients free of contamination and having the pizza baked on the screen. All their pizzas are placed directly in the oven, so to prevent cross contamination, your g-free pizza needs to be baked on the screen. Even so, I would say this is probably not celiac friendly. But the pizza was delicious and big portions.

Worker held up gluten free crust immediately after handling flour crust and didn't seem to recognize that was a terrible idea. Would rate it zero stars because of cross contamination.
Yes
Delicious gluten free pizza. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get. You can build your own pizza or go with one of their signature pies, which are all quite tasty. The portions are personal sized but I usually bring half home. Mod provides fresh ingredients cooked fast, it kind of reminds me of a Chipotle but for pizza.
They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.

I like Mod Pizza. I go there about once a month when I dont want to cook. I usually get the gluten-free crust, regular sauce, diary free cheese, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, spinach, and chickpeas. I think the vegan suasage option has gluten. I also get a big salad and omit everything with gluten or dairy.
They attempt to avoid cross contaminating with changing gloves, etc, but it is all in one area. If you have celiacs and are very sensitive probably not a good idea. I am a gluten intolerant so as long as they do as much as they can, I don't have a reaction. And it depends on the level of knowledge of the staff thar is working.
They can also accommodate me for dairy free which is amazing. I don't recall about the meat they use so be sure to ask if it has gluten. I know the regular pizza sauce is safe but check with regards to the others. I think they use only basic ingredients in their products and not a lot of additives and fillers.

While a chain, we feel this location is mindful of allergies. We’ve eaten here six times with no ‘glutening’ or a reaction for my egg/dairy allergy. We’ve even placed an order for pick up, requesting a glove change in the notes, and ate safely! The pizza is just okay though. The GF pizza leaves a lot to be desired, and the vegan cheese is a little gooey. But when we’re in a hurry, it’s nice to have a safe place to grab a quick personal pizza.
