Review of MOD Pizza

I asked for a GF pizza and she washed her hands and changed gloves, off to a good start. Then she proceeded to use the same lapel (super contaminated) to smear the sauce on my pizza. After starting over, my pizza went into the oven on the same board and was sliced with the same contaminated knife, seconds after being used on a normal pizza
