Review of MOD Pizza

Immediately when I ordered a cauliflower crust the employees asked me what allergies I had to ensure no issues. They asked me multiple times about my allergies through out making my pizza & before baking it. (I have a wheat allergie). The pizza was delicious. It was light & mellow tasting with some delicious herbs to give it a good pizza crust taste. I was truly amazed at how similar cauliflower crust is to original crust.
