They always take fantastic care of me - I ask them to change their gloves, get new sauce and ladle, wash a pan for the pizza itself and they do all of it without complaint. Just let them know you have an allergy and they will warn you the stove isn't gluten free and there can be cross contamination.

Server changed her gloves at my request, but then used a ladle and red sauce used on regular crust, so she gets about a 50 percent safety rating. It's unlikely to bother me too much but someone with celiac should take care of give careful instructions.

Yes
If you don't go when they are busy they take extra care making your pizza. You will want to remind them to use a clean pizza tray & use a different sauce that is not gluten contaminated
No
Their pizza is tasty, but it comes in direct contact with shared surfaces throughout the prep process (same oven surface, same peel/oven paddle, sometimes the same cutter). Not a safe place for someone with celiac or severe sensitivity.
No
The employees are so very helpful. I asked for a gf crust and they asked me if I'd like them to change gloves abd/or use a clean pizza cutter. I was surprised and said yes to both since I have Celiac. They were super careful and accommodating to be sure there was as little cross-contamination as possible.
Yes
Best Gluten pizza around! I love it.
Best GF pizza in town. Tons of toppings and the crust is really good. I'm celiac and there is a chance for cross contamination but I've been there 5 or 6 times and haven't had any problems.
I'm impressed! Not only do they offer a gf white sauce, but offering Daiya cheese is amazing. I am not dairy free but I used to be and I appreciate when restaurants offer the option. And Daiya has the best df cheese option I've found.
Now, on to my pizza. Oh so many options! And, just like it says outside, oh so fast. And yes, it taste delicious. :-) I took away one star because the rim of mine, and my dining companion's pizzas were charred black. A minor issue that will not keep me from returning. :-)
I went to one in Denver recently, and was a little disappointed because they asked me if I needed gluten free for an allergy, and when I said yes, all they did was warn me that there was a risk of cross-contamination. I did not get sick, but they didn't really take any precautions at all. Here in the Springs, though, they immediately asked me if I needed them to change gloves, and everyone who handled my pizza did. They also got my toppings from fresh containers instead of the ones that had been CC'd. The staff was also knowledgable about the ingredients in their sauces (when I said dairy-free cheese, she immediately warned me that the sauce has some cheese in it), and they were very accommodating and friendly! Excellent gluten free crust (my mom said it tasted really close to their regular crust), and they also serve Daiya cheese, for those avoiding dairy. Definitely will be back! Also, the caramelized pear tea is awesome!
Update: The staff wasn't as careful the second time I went in. If you're really sensitive, you'll want to be diligent, but I still did not have a problem.
Had gf crust but there was lots of wheat flour in the air. We are celiac and thought there might be a cross contamination issue so we did not eat there.
No
GF crust, and a huge list of quality toppings. There is a comprehensive allergen and ingredients list on their website, according to which their sauces are all GF as well. In fact, the only topping they list as having gluten is the crumbled meatballs. All that said, the pies are all baked in the same oven, and cross contamination is possible.
No
Awesome gluten free pizza. Choose your own toppings and all but one is gluten free. They all changed gloves without us asking and even had a separate pizza cutter for gluten free. Will definitely be back!
They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.

I like Mod Pizza. I go there about once a month when I dont want to cook. I usually get the gluten-free crust, regular sauce, diary free cheese, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, spinach, and chickpeas. I think the vegan suasage option has gluten. I also get a big salad and omit everything with gluten or dairy.
They attempt to avoid cross contaminating with changing gloves, etc, but it is all in one area. If you have celiacs and are very sensitive probably not a good idea. I am a gluten intolerant so as long as they do as much as they can, I don't have a reaction. And it depends on the level of knowledge of the staff thar is working.
They can also accommodate me for dairy free which is amazing. I don't recall about the meat they use so be sure to ask if it has gluten. I know the regular pizza sauce is safe but check with regards to the others. I think they use only basic ingredients in their products and not a lot of additives and fillers.

While a chain, we feel this location is mindful of allergies. We’ve eaten here six times with no ‘glutening’ or a reaction for my egg/dairy allergy. We’ve even placed an order for pick up, requesting a glove change in the notes, and ate safely! The pizza is just okay though. The GF pizza leaves a lot to be desired, and the vegan cheese is a little gooey. But when we’re in a hurry, it’s nice to have a safe place to grab a quick personal pizza.
