as someone who is a big fan of everything bagels and hadn’t been able to find the perfect gf version, my search is over. ever since coming home from nyc, i have laid in bed every morning wishing i could walk a few blocks and get the perfect bagel with dairy free schmear and a latte. as someone who is gluten and lactose intolerant and a lover of bagels, this place might be heaven.
