Review of Moe's Southwest Grill

This is a place with all fresh ingredients of the highest quality. Most important, the preparers really "get it"! They change to new gloves when preparing a GF order. Although none of their tortillas/wraps are GF, they have a pamphlet that lists all of the ingredients that ARE GF and can be safely (and deliciously) put into a salad bowl or a burrito bowl. There is plenty of variety, and I like knowing that I'm eating fresh, wholesome ingredients like lean meats and veggies.
