My wife has celiac disease. We explicitly told the waiter this and she still became incredibly sick afterwards from gluten exposure. We are vegetarian and gluten free and there was virtually nothing on the menu we could safely order.

Only 2 options on the list and nothing marked able to be modified. As someone who is a vegetarian and gluten free, nothing to eat there.
— No gluten-free information on the menu

Got the pork belly bowl, which is the only GF item on the menu.
I sent an email before I went,, and the resturant sent a helpful eesponse. There was a green mussels dish, but the bread is fried in a fryer with cross-contact with gluten. The Brussels sprouts are cooked in a shared fryer, so low gluten. The salad was an option, if you trade out the regular dressing for a vinegrette. There was a rice noodle option with Impossible meat, with no sauce.
They don't have any gluten free sauces, and the resturaunt stated that making other dishes GF would compromise them too much.
So, if you want the pork belly bowl, which was very tasty, go for it. The decor inside was fun. I'll go back, but not very often, since there's such limited options.

Just had this last night. I would say it's definitely not somewhere I would eat twice since I ordered the only item on the menu that remotely Interested me, which was the pork belly rice bowl. It was excellent but I had no interest in any other items on the menu. I would still check out the menu if you're in Raleigh, in case you would enjoy the other options.
I have eaten here several times since I was diagnosed and never once have I gotten sick. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Items are marked GF or GFO if they can modify it! They could stand to have a few more options but I have no problem finding something to eat.
