Got the pork belly bowl, which is the only GF item on the menu.
I sent an email before I went,, and the resturant sent a helpful eesponse. There was a green mussels dish, but the bread is fried in a fryer with cross-contact with gluten. The Brussels sprouts are cooked in a shared fryer, so low gluten. The salad was an option, if you trade out the regular dressing for a vinegrette. There was a rice noodle option with Impossible meat, with no sauce.
They don't have any gluten free sauces, and the resturaunt stated that making other dishes GF would compromise them too much.
So, if you want the pork belly bowl, which was very tasty, go for it. The decor inside was fun. I'll go back, but not very often, since there's such limited options.
